Calculators are used to perform computations over the data (e.g., calculate the average case duration for different products or identify root causes of rework) and visualize the results.
To use a calculator in an analysis, press ‘Add Calculator’ button:
Select a calculator from the list:
In the example below, we use ‘Breakdown by Categories’ calculator to see the number of cases for different Currencies:
The calculator shows the number and percent of cases for each Currency in the dataset:
