A user asks in plain language what is slowing a process, for example “Why do orders from the Houston plant invoice late?”, and mindzie reads the data, applies the business rules and writes the report: the biggest delays, their causes, the fixes ranked by impact and the cases behind each finding.

The report does the first reading of the data, so a company’s own analysts, process owners and consultants start from the answer and check the evidence.
What it needs
Any ERP, CRM, ticketing or workflow system with a table of events: NetSuite, SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or a CSV export. Three months of one process is enough for a first report; a year shows the trend. Each row needs a case ID, an activity name and a timestamp. The Data Designer drafts the event log with AI and the analyst checks it.
