Overview #
The filter finds cases in which a selected activity was not performed.
Common Uses #
- To select cases where the invoice was not paid
- To select cases where the invoice was not posted
Settings #
- Activity Value: In the drop down menu, you will see activity names along with the percentage and number of cases they appeared in. Select an activity value of your choice. The filter will find cases in which the selected activity was not performed.
Examples #
Example 1 #
Let’s select cases without a ‘pay invoice’ activity.
Let’s click ‘Create’:
The filter has now removed all cases without ‘Pay Invoice’ activity.
